I am passionate about supporting those with disabilities who are navigating life’s challenges, from daily stressors to questions of identity. I also specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, grief, and stress management, empowering them to set healthy boundaries, resolve conflicts, and build a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, because I believe you already have the inner wisdom to grow and thrive. I integrate practical tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you reshape your thoughts, and grounding techniques to help you find calm when you feel overwhelmed.
