About the Therapist

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re carrying a weight that no one else can see? It’s okay to feel that way, and I’m glad you’re here.

I can help with: anxiety · depression · grief · stress · boundaries and conflict · self-worth and confidence · living with disability or chronic illness

I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and I’m passionate about supporting people with disabilities navigating life’s challenges — from daily stressors to questions of identity.

I come to this work with lived experience: I was born legally blind, and I competed for Team USA as a Paralympic medalist in goalball. I know from the inside what adaptation, resilience, and building an identity that includes disability — without being defined by it — actually feel like.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, because I believe you already have the inner wisdom to grow and thrive. I use practical tools like CBT to reshape unhelpful thoughts, grounding techniques for overwhelm, and narrative work to help you re-examine your story and begin writing a new chapter. Your journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life starts now — if you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to support you.

I see clients by telehealth across Oregon, based in Beaverton.
