At Bend Mental Wellness, we are deeply committed to both our clients’ growth and the development of skilled, independent therapists. We support this mission in three key ways:

1. Associate Therapist Positions – Limited positions offering supervision, private practice development, and mentorship, along with access to a referral stream of clients. While associates are encouraged to build their own client base, Bend Mental Wellness provides referrals and insurance billing.
2. Supervision for External Therapists – Clinical supervision for therapists outside of Bend Mental Wellness. Virtual Individual and Group supervision offered.
3. Business Mentorship – Practical guidance on the business side of private practice to help therapists build sustainable careers. One-on-one support with no long-term commitment or gimmicks.
